A middle-aged human male with a stout build, Tobin has a bushy beard and unkempt hair. He wears a flour-dusted apron over a simple shirt and trousers, with calloused hands that show the signs of years spent kneading dough. His piercing blue eyes often glare at anyone who dares to enter his bakery.

Tobin is gruff and unapproachable, often barking at customers and showing little patience for those he deems unworthy. Despite his harsh exterior, he has a deep passion for baking and takes great pride in his craft, often working late into the night to perfect his recipes. He has a soft spot for the locals, but his trust is hard to earn.

Tobin Cress grew up in Cloverreach, inheriting the Hearthstone Bakery from his father. Known for his exceptional baking skills, he has made a name for himself as the best baker in the land. However, his disdain for outsiders stems from a traumatic experience in his youth when he was betrayed by a traveling merchant. This has led him to become a grumpy and unwelcoming figure, fiercely protective of his bakery and the village he loves, even if he doesn't show it.
