Description
A vast grey stone hall used for receiving guests and communal dining, featuring wide oak and iron doors opening to the castle yard and a rear exit to a dimly-lit gallery. It holds eight long rows of trestle tables seating five hundred, with a raised platform for noble guests and walls adorned with banners.
Appearance
The hall's centerpiece is the high seat of the old Kings in the North, a cold polished stone throne with massive arms carved into snarling direwolf heads, symbolizing the ancient lineage and power of Winterfell.
