Description
A massive natural cavern forming the main entry to Casterly Rock, towering two hundred feet high on the south face of the Rock. It features a grand stone stairway wide enough for twenty riders abreast, leading down to sea gates at the base of the west face, allowing large ships to dock within protected Lannister shipyards and wharves.
Appearance
The cavern mouth is a vast, shadowed arch carved by the sea, with rugged stone steps descending from the cliff edge. Below, the sea gates open into calm waters where galleys and cogs rest, flanked by sturdy docks and shipyards built into the cavern walls. The sound of thunderous waves echoes from beneath the Rock.
