The Shinobi World

After consuming the chakra fruit and becoming the first being to wield chakra, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki gives birth to twin sons: Hagoromo and Hamura. Unlike their mother, the brothers inherit chakra naturally and begin to understand its use as a connection between all life rather than a tool of domination. As they grow, the brothers become aware of Kaguya’s tyrannical rule and the fear that grips the world under her Infinite Tsukuyomi. Kaguya, sensing their potential to rebel, merges with the God Tree to become the Ten-Tails, a monstrous beast of unimaginable power. Realizing the threat she poses, Hagoromo and Hamura confront their mother in a battle that lasts for months. Eventually, they succeed in defeating and sealing the Ten-Tails into Hagoromo’s body, making him the first Jinchūriki. Kaguya is sealed away in a dimension beyond reach, and peace is temporarily restored. This conflict becomes the basis for future beliefs about chakra, conflict, and balance.
