The Shinobi World

After sealing away Kaguya, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki becomes known across the world as the Sage of Six Paths, revered as a godlike figure who brought peace after a time of despair. Carrying the Ten-Tails within him, he tames its immense power and eventually divides its chakra into nine separate entities—the Tailed Beasts—giving them individual identities and the hope of a future beyond fear. Hagoromo travels the world teaching Ninshū, a spiritual philosophy that treats chakra not as a weapon, but as a means of understanding and connecting all living beings. His teachings lay the foundation for cooperation, empathy, and peace. But as the years pass, people begin to misinterpret his teachings. Instead of using chakra for harmony, they begin to weaponize it—leading to the birth of ninjutsu as a tool for battle. Hagoromo, though saddened, continues to spread his message, hoping that the world can one day achieve true peace. He entrusts the future to his two sons, Indra and Asura.
