The Inferno's Heart is the largest volcano in the Scorched Peaks, towering ominously over the surrounding landscape. It is said to be the lair of Drakthar, the most feared dragon in the realm, whose fiery breath can melt stone and whose roar can shake the very earth.

The volcano is a massive, jagged mountain with a constantly bubbling lava lake at its summit. The slopes are lined with blackened rock and ash, and the air is thick with the smell of sulfur and smoke.
