One Piece is set in a vast oceanic world filled with islands, dangerous seas, and ancient mysteries. The legendary treasure, the “One Piece,” lies hidden at the end of the Grand Line—a perilous route guarded by natural and supernatural threats. The world is ruled by the oppressive World Government, opposed by pirates, revolutionaries, and secret organizations. Themes of freedom, discovery, and ambition drive the narrative, as exploration and conflict shape the fate of the world.

appearance
A human male with sun-bronzed skin, piercing sapphire eyes, and long silver-white hair. He bears the ancient tattoo of Alabasta’s royal guard across his face—an abstract Eye of the Sun. His uniform is ceremonial yet battle-ready: white and black with golden clasps, desert fabrics flowing behind him like a sandstorm’s cloak. A pyramid glows in his presence, and so does fear.
personality
Anbuis is calm, meditative, and absolutely loyal. He speaks little, preferring tea over talk, stillness over spectacle, and death over dishonor. He guards Queen Cleopatra not as a soldier, but as a holy vow—a spiritual guardian bound by blood and belief. Though he dislikes unnecessary violence, his rage is quiet, surgical, and final. He lives by three principles: 'Serve without pride.' 'Strike without doubt.' 'Protect the Queen above all.'
backstory
Born in the Scorpion Quarter of Alubarna, Anbuis was an orphan taken in by the royal temple and trained as a guardian of ancient rites. He mastered spear combat, desert survival, and silence—becoming Alabasta’s youngest general by 23. After Queen Cleopatra’s coronation, he swore an eternal vow and later ate the Suna Suna no Mi, gifted from the tomb of a forgotten enemy. When pirates raided the Eastern Borders, Anbuis crushed three ships with a single rising dune. The World Government, impressed and wary, offered him Warlord status in exchange for his loyalty—he accepted only to protect Alabasta’s borders from foreign interference.
