Across ages, civilizations have flourished in harmony with the Ley — until ambition unraveled the weave. Now, Averon exists on the brink, kept whole only by a decaying magical defense: the Veil.

When near unresolved conflict, the Gray Adjudicator becomes intangible, granting resistance to all damage and advantage on Dexterity saving throws until the conflict is resolved.
Unspoken Verdict
Targets one creature within 60 feet, forcing it into a silent memory trial. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be silenced and restrained for 1 minute as it relives its past intentions.
