A middle-aged human male with unkempt dark hair, pale skin marked by grime, and sharp, calculating eyes. He wears tattered, stained clothing reminiscent of a sanitation worker's uniform, with various pouches and tools hanging from his belt. His pet rat, Ratticus, often perches on his shoulder.

Viktor is cunning, vengeful, and deeply mistrustful of authority. He is methodical in his plans and uses his animal control powers to manipulate and intimidate. Despite his villainous path, he retains a twisted sense of loyalty to his pet rat and a warped sense of justice.

Once a humble city sanitation worker, Viktor's life took a dark turn after a catastrophic sewage leakage in his neighborhood exposed him to toxic waste. The incident severely affected his mental state, warping his perception of the world and granting him an uncanny ability to control swarms of animals, particularly rodents. His only companion is a large, cunning pet rat named Ratticus. Feeling betrayed by the city that neglected the disaster, Viktor turned to villainy, using his powers to sow chaos and exact revenge on those he holds responsible.
