Vampire Bat Ponies are ill-tempered equine creatures with bat-like senses and large wing used to suck juices from fruit and blood from ponies. They can wrap their fans around their body to regenerate 50% of their current HP every three rounds, but if hit on the second round, the attacker gains 3% of their current HP; their magical transformation is reversible only through high magic, requiring a DC-10 Dexterity saving throw, and if transformed over a year ago, only alicorn-level magic can.
