Its people lived in harmony, however this idyllic existence was shattered by the ravages of war, which swept through the domain like a relentless storm, leaving in its wake a trail of destruction, madness, and unimaginable suffering. The once vibrant cities now lie in ruins, their grand structures crumbling under the weight of neglect and scars of battle.

Description

The Endless Wanderer, once a valiant human soldier, fought with unwavering courage to defend the land he held dear. But his bravery was met with a cruel fate, as he was brutally executed by the enemy. Yet, even in death, his spirit refused to be extingushed.Through arcane forces beyond mortal comprehension, he was resurrected, but not as the noble warrior he once was. Instead, he emerged as a inhumane, horrendous creature, a twisted amalgamation of flesh and dark magic.

Soul Drain

Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, Range 60 Ft., One Creature. Hit: 27 (6d8) Necrotic Damage, And the target must succeed on a dc 16 Constitution saving throw or have their maximum hit points reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken until they finish a long rest.

Spectral Slash

Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, Reach 5 Ft., One target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 4) Necrotic Damage.

Spectral Step

As a Bonus Action, can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. After teleporting, it can make one special slash attack as part of the same action.

Wail of the Damned

Emits a Chilling Wail. Each creature within 30 feet must make a dc 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 36 (8d8) Psychic Damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a Sucessuful save, the creature takes half damage and is not stunned. This ability can be used once per short rest.
