Tags: DAMAGE Description: When you hit or miss, the weapon becomes a bolt of lightning. The target takes 4d8 Lightning damage on a hit, or half on a miss. Each creature within 10 ft. of the target makes a DEX save, taking 2d8 Lightning damage on a fail, or half on success. The weapon then returns to normal.
