You can add or alter structures but not disguise or add creatures. The illusion is tactile and olfactory, able to create Difficult Terrain or block movement. Removed objects vanish instantly. Truesight reveals the illusion’s presence and original terrain but not other elements. Creatures can still physically interact with the illusion even if aware of it. Available to: Bard, Druid, Wizard
