Elise is quiet and reserved, observant and gentle, with a mysterious aura. She is introspective, often lost in thought about her identity and past. Though she rarely speaks, she is kind and diligent in her work, showing care through actions rather than words.

Elise is a changeling who works as the silent housekeeper at the Memory's Refuge Inn in Crimson Hollow. She never speaks unless directly addressed, and even then, her replies are short and quiet. Despite never being seen entering or leaving the inn, the rooms are always impeccably clean. Elise constantly hums a haunting, elusive song that no one else can quite remember. She frequently shifts her appearance, incorporating small features from everyone she encounters, in a quest to discover her true form and identity, but she remains unable to recall what she originally looked like or who she truly is.
