Но в один момент по все пошло не по плану людей. Вспыхнуло восстание в одном из городов, оно разделило империю на две части, началась гражданская война. В мире две основных фракции, имерия и повстанцы. В империи запрещена магия, неугодных карает инквизиция, повстанцы полная противоположность их возглавляет орк.

The staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff turns to water and is destroyed.
