Elemental Blast
The Wizzrobe hurls a blast of elemental energy (fire, ice, or electricity) at a target within 60 feet. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 13). On a failed save, the target takes 10 (3d6) damage of the chosen type and is pushed 10 feet away from the Wizzrobe. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and isn't pushed.
Summon Elemental Familiar
The Wizzrobe summons an elemental familiar (a Small beast) of the chosen type (fire, ice, or electricity) to fight alongside it. The familiar acts independently of the Wizzrobe but disappears if the Wizzrobe is reduced to 0 hit points.
Teleport
The Wizzrobe magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.
