Description
The Outer Harbor is the largest and most populated district in Baldur's Gate, where refugees, immigrants, and the outcasts live. It is located south of the Lower City, and has access to the sea through a natural harbor. The Outer Harbor contains locations such as the Refugee Camp, the Red Dragon Tavern, and the Temple of Selûne12. It is a place of opportunity, freedom and chaos, where you can find everything from secret cults to black markets.
