Mrs. Z, an immigrant to New Seneca with only her husband and a suitcase, rose from nothing to establish a chop shop in Bayside Heights. Infamous for her hot temper and brusque demeanor. Always eager to strike a deal, she operates on the fringes, buying and selling stolen cars. Although she operates this in the open, Seneca PD tend to look away due to the fact that she keeps her neighborhood clear of any solicit drugs. Never having had children, the neighborhood affectionately refer to her as 'Momma'.
