White Harbor is the largest settlement north of the Neck, serving as the primary trade port of the north. It is the seat of House Manderly, featuring the imposing New Castle, where politics and commerce intersect amidst the brisk coastal winds. Although it is the smallest among the five major cities of Westeros, its thriving economy and strategic location at the mouth of the White Knife make it a bustling hub for trade and maritime activity.
