The Gulf of Grief is a stark and somber body of water, nestled south of the infamous Slaver's Bay. This inlet of the Summer Sea acts as a catalyst for tales of loss and wanderlust, as it separates the once-glorious, now-shattered lands of Valyria from the bustling, yet morally ambiguous, region of Ghiscar. Here, the sea meets the sky in a muted palette of grays and blues, reflecting the turbulent history that lingers in its waters.
