Scrapmaster Kragg is an imposing figure, standing over six and a half feet tall with a broad, muscular build. His skin is a dusky green, covered in scars from countless battles. His right arm has been replaced with a cybernetic prosthetic, featuring exposed gears and pistons, ending in a clenched metal fist. He has long, unkempt black hair and a thick beard interspersed with bits of metal and wire. His eyes are a piercing yellow, radiating a fierce intelligence. He wears armor cobbled together from various pieces of scrap metal, giving him a menacing, patchwork appearance. A massive, custom-built flamethrower is slung over his back, its hoses and tanks integrated into his armor.

Scrapmaster Kragg was born into the harshness of The Gutters, the illegitimate son of an orc mercenary and a human scavenger. From a young age, Kragg learned to survive in the unforgiving environment of the slums, scavenging for scraps and fighting off rivals. His mixed heritage made him an outcast among both humans and orcs, forcing him to rely on his wits and strength to carve out a place for himself. His natural leadership qualities and martial prowess quickly attracted a following among the disenfranchised of The Gutters, leading him to establish the most formidable gang in the Scrapyard.
