Description
In the late 26th century the country formerly known as simply as Ilmeca found itself in massive finacial ruin after hundereds of years spent bankrolling pointless wars in other countries. When the treasury was finally drained 5 families who alone where worth more than any country in the world offered to buy out the ilmeca's debt and with it the country itself forming a new profit driven governing council led by the heads of each family.
