Will add races and maybe classes (much harder to implement) periodically, if you want one suggested post it in the discord. I dont want to do too much custom work as F&F is still in beta, and they'll add more functionality as time goes on. This is intended to be plug-n-play 5e with as little added context as possible. A blank world to just get started.

Description
Up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range must make charisma saving throws. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.
