If one reads through history books, the Legendary Cardinal Heroes were actually a bunch of failures who failed to save even a single city, unable to even defeat an Undead Pirate Captain and his crew. According to history, the 'Hero' of the Spear is a pervert and a flirt that doesn't take his task seriously, thinking that everything is a game instead.
