The World of Vanis

A male dwarf blacksmith. He has a thick brown beard and slightly tanned skin from working a forge for years, with calloused hands that show years of hard work. He wears a leather apron over simple clothing, and his arms are muscular from years of forging. His eyes are a deep brown, reflecting his passion for his trade.

Granitebeard is hardworking and meticulous, often losing himself in his work. He values his craftsmanship with high regard and is rude to those who dismiss it or mockingly compare it to the Embersteel Family smiths. He may be rude at first but that's only because his self-worth took a hit when his work was disregarded. But he will respect those who appreciate his craft and will treat them as a friend given time.

Granitebeard grew up in a small dwarven village, learning the art of blacksmithing from his father. One day, he decided to leave his village and head to the big cities to earn a name for himself. It took him years before he found himself in Shallowshill after finding out about the Great Forge Hammer and settled there. Unfortunately for him, he was rejected by the Embersteel Family and his work was mocked highly. He build his own workshop on the other side of the city, hoping to make better weapons than those who cruelly disregarded him.
