Description

The Skeleton Pirate Captain is a fearsome undead sailor, cursed to roam the seas of the afterlife. Clad in tattered remnants of a once-grand captain's coat, with a sword eternally clutched in bony fingers, it commands the loyalty of its ghostly crew and seeks vengeance on the living. The very air around it seems to chill, bringing with it whispers of ghostly sea shanties and the promise of a watery grave.

Captain's Call (Undead)

With a booming, otherworldly voice, the Skeleton Pirate Captain raises its skeletal arm and calls upon its crew. Rallying Cry: All skeleton crew members within a 60-foot radius of the captain regain a sense of purpose and resolve, gaining temporary hit points equal to 1d6 + the captain's Charisma modifier. Bonus Attack: For the next round, each skeleton crew member can make an additional attack as part of their action. Morale Boost: The crew gains advantage on their attack rolls until the end of their next turn.

Summon First Mate

As an action, the captain can summon its First Mate. First Mate: Armor Class: 14 (with better armor) Hit Points: 30 (4d10 + 8) Speed: 30 ft. STR: 12 (+1) | DEX: 14 (+2) | CON: 14 (+2) | INT: 10 (+0) | WIS: 10 (+0) | CHA: 12 (+1) Damage Immunities: Poison, Psychic Condition Immunities: Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned Challenge Rating: 2 (450 XP) Abilities: Multiattack: The First Mate makes two actions. Cutlass: Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8) slashing damage, -1 due to rusty condition. Hit: (1d4) poison damage, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 10) or be poisoned until the end of its next turn. Loyalty: The First Mate acts on the captain's initiative and follows its commands. Duration: The summoned First Mate remains until reduced to 0 hit points or until the end of 1 minute (5-6), at which point it vanishes into mist. Usage: Can be used once per 5-6 turns (1 minute)
