Description

The Eyreth Watcher is a dark, horrifying beast shrouded in an aura of dread, its body covered in countless writhing eyes that peer into the souls of those unfortunate enough to meet its gaze. It moves with an unsettling grace, its many eyes always observing, always calculating. When it speaks, its voice echoes in the minds of its victims, instilling fear and despair. Legends tell of its ability to glean secrets from its prey just by looking at them, making them feel utterly exposed and vulnerable.

Claws

Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d8 + 7) slashing damage.

Eye Blast

The Eyreth Watcher can unleash a blinding beam from one of its many eyes. Each creature in a 30-foot line must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Fear Gaze

The Eyreth Watcher targets one creature it can see within 60 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Multiattack

The Eyreth Watcher makes three attacks with its Claws.
