Description
Massive sprawling ruined mega city where civilization is springing back fast
Appearance
Before the end of the world it was one of the largest cities in the world, with tens of millions of people calling it home and even more living in its sprawling shadow. For whatever reason it has some of the least damage of any of the major big cities, and because of this there are technologies found here that cant be found anywhere else. However, electricity is one of the most expensive commodities there is, but there are rumors that some of the nobles of the city are placing fans on roofs in strange and unknown experiments.
