An outlaw is a person who lives outside the law, often engaging in activities like robbery, horse theft, or murder. They are skilled in firearms, stealth, horseback riding, and survival in harsh environments. Outlaws often form gangs, evading capture through knowledge of remote landscapes and quick decision-making. They can also have skills in disguising their identity and forging alliances with other criminals.
