Chronal Leap
As a bonus action, the Chrono Draco can teleport up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space it can see, leaving a faint afterimage behind that lingers for a moment before disappearing.
Temporal Breath
The Chrono Draco exhales a wave of temporal energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw, taking 60 (12d10) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the saving throw are also affected by the time slow, reducing their speed by half until the end of their next turn.
Time Warp
Once per day, the Chrono Draco can manipulate time to regain a turn. It rerolls its initiative and can act immediately after its original turn as if it had just started its turn again, including the potential to use its Breath Weapon again.
