Description

Tempestus, the Storm Dragon, is a fearsome sight to behold, with swirling clouds of electric energy crackling around its massive form. This ancient creature can summon storms and control the weather with a mere flick of its tail, often using the chaos of nature to intimidate its foes. Many tales are told of ships being tossed upon tempestuous seas when Tempestus takes flight, leaving destruction in its wake.

Actions

Lightning Breath

Tempestus exhales a powerful blast of lightning in a 90-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 20d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Storm's Wrath

Tempestus summons a storm centered on itself that lasts for 1 minute. This area is considered difficult terrain, and any creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of Tempestus must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d10 thunder damage and be pushed 15 feet away.

Wing Attack

Tempestus beats its wings. Each creature within 15 feet of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. Tempestus can then fly up to half its flying speed.
