Dungeons and Dragon Ball (Ver. O.1)

An extremely long, spiky black hair with a prominent widow's peak, brown and black colored Battle Armor, boots, armored wristguards, his Saiyan brown tail around his waist, and a green scouter. Additionally, he wears two red accessory bands: one is tightened around his left arm, and the other is on his left leg. Raditz also inherits Bardock's eyes and complexion.

Raditz is harsh, brutal, and often arrogant like most Saiyan warriors. He likes to mock weaker opponents and mess around with them before actually finishing them off. He is incredibly manipulative. Unlike most Saiyans Raditz is quite a coward when facing death, as he could be struggling and begging desperately with his usually arrogant attitude. He is extremely proud of his Saiyan heritage. It could be said that Vegeta and Nappa, his elite Saiyan comrades, may have been a bad influence on him over the years due to their strong Saiyan pride and ruthlessness, thus Raditz may have become just as ruthless to adapt and survive working under the remorseless tyrant, Frieza, along with his surviving Saiyan comrades. The only instance where Raditz displays a positive side is when he shows genuine grief and remorse for Goku's sacrifice to kill him, lamenting how Goku would sacrifice himself for what he saw as low-level trash, showing that he did value his brother's life in his own way.

Raditz was born to Bardock and Gine with a mid-class power level and was assigned to the same group as Nappa and Prince Vegeta. Raditz was on a planet with Prince Vegeta, and Nappa as part of an invasion force. A month later, Frieza destroys Planet Vegeta, killing most of the Saiyans. Before his parents died in the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Raditz was told by them that his brother, Kakarot was sent off to Earth. Years later Raditz arrives on Earth, to recruit his brother. Raditz identifies Goku as Kakarot revealing everything to him. When it becomes clear to Raditz that Goku is not coming with him, kidnaps Gohan holding his nephew for ransom until Goku joins him. Seeing that Goku came with Piccolo to defeat him, he defeats them easily but then Goku grabs him by the back as a sacrificial move so that Piccolo could kill them both, but before the attack reached Raditz's chest he was teleported by a wormhole to the future without knowing how it happens or why.
