Dungeons and Dragon Ball (Ver. O.1.3)

Kale has a slender frame and average height, she has tanned skin with downcast eyes and grey irises. She has shaggy shoulder-length black hair normally worn in a high ponytail secured by a white hair tie, while a bang hangs over the left side of her face. Her outfit consists of a red cropped shirt exposing her midriff matching her lower outfit—a red skirt with a brown belt attached along with a silver circular buckle and a pair of black compression shorts underneath. She wears a pair of golden loafers with red socks, golden bracelets that cover her wrists and most of her forearms, which also cover most of her legs, a pair of golden hoop earrings, and red lipstick.

Kale is meek, timid, insecure, socially awkward, and lacks self-confidence individual, she openly believes herself to be nothing special, she is also shown rather shy at meeting new people to the point it has caused Kale to be constantly ridiculed by her fellow Saiyans. Caulifla, however, has always seen potential in her, confidently believing in Kale and always looking out for her best interest. Because of this, Kale has developed a very strong bond with Caulifla, her respect and adoration for Caulifla ultimately viewing her as a mentor and wanting nothing more than to prove herself worthy of Caulifla's praise. She also harbors insecurities over being a burden to Caulifla and becomes discouraged when she is unable to support her and is jealous when she feels replaced by someone else, or praised by Caulifla. When Kale is in her Berserker legendary transformation she becomes insanely evil, excessively violent and cocky, even sadistic.

She joined Caulifla's gang and started to have admiration for her. When Cabba teaches Caulifla to become a Super Saiyan, Kale later becomes jealous of Cabba and Caulifla together, and that jealousy pushes her to become a berserker legendary Super Saiyan for the first time needing the words of Caulifla and Cabba to stop her rampage of destruction and make her return to base form. During the tournament of power, Kale starts to get used to her legendary Super Saiyan transformation, achieving a more controlled form. During her fight with Caulifla against Goku, Caulifla and Kale fuse with the Potara earrings becoming the Saiyan warrior named Kefla. In the end, they are defeated by Son Goku's Ultra Instinct sign, and the universe is destroyed but later the universe is restored by the wish of Android 17.
