Description
An earpiece used to measure a lifeform's power level, which is then displayed across the eye lens. While wearing the scouter, you can talk or send a message, targeting another scouter within a range of 500 feet. As a bonus action on your turn, you can scan another creature you can see within 120 feet of you. The scouter then displays the following information: • Its current Power Level, if any. • Whether the creature has greater than, fewer than, or exactly half its max.HP remaining.
