Description
Individually, the Dragon Balls possess no magical power, but once the 7 united they gain the ability to call forth an eternal dragon called Shenron and the promise of a miraculous wish. After Shenron departs, each Dragon Ball is reduced to stone and scattered at random across the Earth. For the next year, the Dragon Balls are considered nonmagical. While within 15 feet of one another, the Dragon Balls give off a faint golden glow.
