Description
The user charges Ki and gathers it into his palm to form an energy sphere. Next, he waves his hand forward and fires the attack within range at the opponent like a "Ki Blast" but inflicting higher damage. Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: The damage increases by 1d10 for each spell slot level above 3.
