Description
[Unlocked after using "Super Saiyan 2rd Grade" at least one time.] Following the Super Saiyan 2rd Grade example, you decide to go further by charging all the nerves in your body with the maximum Ki so that you can achieve full power in your Super Saiyan state. This makes your muscles increase even more than before, making you stronger but sacrificing speed because of your big body mass. While this transformation is active, the user gains 5 hit dice but loses 20 speed.
