Description
[Unlocked after transforming "Super Saiyan" for the first time and letting some time pass.] After getting some experience with the Super Saiyan transformation, you were able to go beyond by sending Ki to every nerve of your body to inflate the muscles, raising both power and speed. While this transformation is active, the user gains 4 hit dice plus 10 speed.
