Description
[After transforming at least once into a "Super Saiyan 2".] The golden hair of the user grows down to or sometimes passes the user's waist, the eyebrows vanish completely, and the muscle tone is sharply defined. This transformation has a massive power-up that drains a lot of Ki, making it so that the user can only be transformed for a short period compared to other transformations. If the first-time user transforms into a Super Saiyan 3, then the user would need to do a Constitution Check with a bonus if the user has transformed into a "Super Saiyan 2nd Grade" or/and a bonus if the user has transformed into a "Super Saiyan 3rd Grade". While transformed, the user gains 7 hit dice.
