Description
With all the ki reserve that the user has accumulated over hard work, they are able to mutate their genes to their peak, reaching the full, perfect transformation of their body. The user looks like his "Incomplete Mutation/ Tuffle Evolution" transformation, except for having now completely pale white skin. While on this transformation, the user gains 5 Hit Dice and 5 AC.
