Description
[After transforming at least once into a "Super Saiyan 3".] The user reaches the peak of the Super Saiyan transformations with this new form. The user's hair and fur become dark pink (with the hair being slightly darker), the fur on the arms only reaches down to the forearms, and the fur on their chest has small, pointed portions over the pecs. Their irises become red, the eye trim is black. Additionally, their arms become noticeably longer while their wrists and hands become enlarged. While on this form, the user gains 8 Hit Dice and 5 AC.
