Dras-Leona is a vast, chaotic city sprawled along the southern shores of Leona Lake. Its crooked, narrow streets wind through densely packed buildings, reflecting the disorder and corruption that grip the city. Overlooking Dras-Leona is the ominous mountain Helgrind, a place of dark worship and fear, home to the Ra’zac and their twisted ways. The city’s ruling priesthood enforces brutal control, serving both the Empire and their own sinister gods. Wealth and power are concentrated in the hands of a few, while the rest of the population struggles with poverty and oppression. Dark and dangerous, Dras-Leona stands as a symbol of decay and the unchecked power of the Empire.
