Hit: The target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, the target is blinded for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the blindness on a success.
