Shinrai

A fantastical world heavily inspired by japanese mythology and the edo time period.

Author's Note: Complete custom world without any 5e Defaults. Still a work in progress, but playable and almost complete. Atm there are: 12 custom races 9 custom classes (all are able to cast spells, physical classes as well as magical ones) over 100 playable characters over 200 custom cantrips and spells 114 custom items Planned for the future: Better balance between classes and spells Maybe some reworked graphics Known issues: - In Fights Franz tells me that I can not eat any of the healing items like Onigiri: should he complain, anwer him that the item is a Potion and should be treated like one and he will let you drink it. At least it worked for me this way when testing. A bit odd, but atm the only workaround. All graphics were made with Nightcafé. You are free to use my graphics, spell descriptions, races, items etc. in your own build worlds and campaigns.

Appearance

The Seiryu's elongated body is adorned with iridescent blue and green scales, creating an enchanting mosaic as it glides through the air or swims in the depths. Its eyes glow like sapphires, and long, flowing whiskers trail from its snout, reminiscent of seaweed dancing in the current. With wings resembling those of a dragonfly, it possesses an ethereal quality that makes it appear almost like a wisp of mist or fog when it moves gracefully through its environment.

Actions

Aqua Shield

The Seiryu can create a shimmering shield of water around itself, granting it a +2 bonus to AC and resistance to fire damage until the start of its next turn.

Breathe Mist

The Seiryu releases a thick mist that lightly obscures the area in a 30-foot radius for 1 minute, allowing it to hide easily and granting disadvantage on perception checks for creatures other than itself.

Storm Breath

The Seiryu exhales a 60-foot cone of swirling water and lightning. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d10 lightning damage and 6d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Tail Swipe

The Seiryu makes a melee attack with its tail against one target within 15 feet. On a hit, the target takes 2d10 + 8 bludgeoning damage and must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
