Point of Interest
Details
Coordinates | (600, 2400) |
Description
A narrow pass through the surrounding mountains, this route connects Bovianum to other Samnite strongholds. It is a critical trade and military route, used by both merchants and soldiers. Control over the pass is a point of strategic importance in maintaining Samnite resistance against Roman encroachment.
Appearance
Jagged cliffs rise steeply on either side of the path, partially obscured by a veil of mist and vibrant green foliage. The rocky ground is rough and uneven, with patches of dried earth and tufts of grass. The sky is an overcast gray, casting a muted light onto the narrow trail that winds through the mountain pass.
