backstory
Krazen was the first Jolter that wandered out of the Storm into New Ogdoni. They created the order of Stormriders and dedicated decades to searching the storm for answers about their origins and the nature of the storms. Over time, they became more storm than man, absorbing the chaotic energies of the Wasteland. Last seen ten years ago, they mysteriously disappeared to the West.
