Once a miner who earned the respect of his peers, he was elected manager in a time of hope. However, after a series of tragic accidents leading to multiple deaths in the mines, the miners' trust in him has waned. In a desperate attempt to maintain power, he has sought alliances with powerful factions such as the Whitehats, rancher barons, and the Gunsteel Factory, hoping to secure his position and prevent further dissent.
