Description

The Hell Unicorn is a twisted version of the legendary unicorn, embodying dark magic and malevolence. Its once pure and white coat has turned a shadowy black, with crimson accents highlighting its muscular frame. The horn, now a sinister, gleaming obsidian, curls elegantly yet threatens with its sharp edge. Hell Unicorns are known to reside in the deepest plains of the Abyss, preying on the weak and using their enchantments to ensnare the souls of mortals.

Each creature of the Hell Unicorn's choice that is within 30 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage plus 9 (2d8) fire damage.

Infernal Charge

If the Hell Unicorn moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with its hooves attack on the same turn, that target takes an extra 18 (4d8) necrotic damage.
