When not in disguise, Time Hunters wear dark, flexible armor that has pockets filled with arcane devices and futuristic gadgets. Their faces are often obscured by masks that hide their identity, with glowing visors displaying intricate readings and analysis of their targets. Each one carries an assortment of tools for capturing and restraining time travelers, combined with weapons tailored for combat.
Capture Device
The Time Hunter attempts to ensnare a target in a net-like device infused with temporal energy. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be restrained and take 2d6 psychic damage.
Temporal Blaster
The Time Hunter fires a concentrated blast of temporal energy at a target within 60 feet. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d8 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Time Disruption
The Time Hunter can create a field of disrupted time in a 10-foot radius. Creatures within this area must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the end of their next turn.
