Gaining superpowers from the experiments he did on himself. Giving him regeneration, super strength, and teleportation. Now, with a dark trench coat outfit, and a screen mask that could project eerie static. He attacks through the shadows. In the hopes of making his own super soldiers, from the samples he collects.
